So I was banned after 1 game for 14 days and pretty sure by 1 report 1 minute after a game. Usually, from experience, I know that it takes a couple of weeks and a couple of reports or games in wich you are reported to get banned. Now I'm not saying it's an inside job, but after seeing the nightblue-nubrac case, it pretty much looks like abuse of power.

Abuse of power? Weeks to deliver a punishment? This system is automated and has been for years. Punishments are issued right away.You said in another reply you deserved the ban. So why are we here?

Just a heads up though, your next ban after 14 days is a perma so you should be really careful.
The punishment system is an automated system, and it is very fast at evaluating a chat log. Certain behaviors can trigger an almost immediate ban, and otherwise your reports simply stack up in the background until the one that triggers a punishment, so it's possible you have been reported other times and this game was the one that pushed you over the line.
If you feel like sharing your chat logs, I can help you identify which is probably the case.

riots discipline system is terrible and there's nothing anybody can do about it.
Verbal punishments are issued within 5-15 minutes of the game's end after the player has been found to pass the behavioral threshold.
However, it normally does take more than a few games of verbal toxicity before someone gets punished.
Of course it is still possible to get punished for one game of extreme toxicity.
People could get banned from just one game, it's not uncommon. If you got banned for one game because of chat, post your logs.
