Remove Perma-Ban

Legit Perma-ban doesn't do crap. Anyone can make a new account and play again. Perma-ban should not even be a thing. At most keep until the end of each season. Being toxic is how the world work. It's like working in a business or a job, people treat leagueing as a job and now you ruined their dream just like that, if you did a terrible job on an assignment and making a million mistakes, would your boss not yell at you?????!!!! Riot think of it logically. Use your damn brains. Legit perma-banning people doesn't do shit.

No. Anyone who can't or won't interact with others in a mature and respectful manner doesn't deserve to play the game. Yes they can just keep making accounts but they'll soon find those new accounts hit with punishments as well should they not learn their lesson. Basically they can either shape up or ship out. It wouldn't be much of a punishment if players could just wait a year to get their accounts back.

P.S. This also applies to your traditional jobs as well: if you continuously act up and refuse to stop despite receiving warnings to do so then eventually you will be fired from your job. You claim that being toxic is how the world works but you're in for a rude awakening if you take that mindset out into the real world.

The only person who needs to think logically is you. Permaban is a great thing to have. It removes players like yourself who think it's okay to ruin other player's fun. Thus is what we need the permaban to remove more of.

What point are you trying to make? You trying to say if someone is doing something you don't agree with obligates you to harass them? If so, at no point in any situation is it okay to harass or be toxic. None. Period.

Probably not. My boss can recognize that humans make mistakes and will try to work with me on improving. Believe it or not it's not profitable to yell at your employees. Infact treating your employees right has a track record of success in increasing productivity.

But let me tell you about my coworker:

He was equally ranking to me in the workplace, but everytime he for whatever reason werent successful at his job he would blame others, call them slurs and yell at them. He got fired because he was an asshole and no one wanted to work with him.

Ok tbf that's not a true story, but it's a better metaphor than the one you're using.

You're not ANYONES boss in League. (Unless you own an esports team I guess)

If anything you're the annoying coworker no one liked to work with. I'm not calling you an asshole, you probably aren't, but if you've gotten permabanned it's because a large amount of people don't want to play with you.

It's just a game. Don't yell at people for making mistakes. Especially not when you're in Silver. (I'm only barely Gold V, but I don't yell at people for their mistakes).

A tip for next time: If you have something toxic to write, don't. Say it out loud instead if you have to, so no one will be affected by it.

My job will also fire my supervisor if he sits there screaming at me on the floor in front of customers, calling me racial slurs.

There's joking around, like him hanging me q-tips so I can "clean the shit out of my ears" and get the job done right, but he didn't sit there bashing me for 40 minutes, nor did he do it in sight of the person(s) who can punish him for it.
