Unreal punishment system desperately needs to be toned down!

Ya know i understand that i can be toxic(ish) in some very frustrating games played... I can understand banning people for RACIAL SLURS/HATEFUL STATEMENTS/AND EXTREMELY OVER DONE TRASH TALK! But my question is when did RIOT?!?!?!?! become such a god damn care bear company where even the cleanest of TRASH TALK that i can muster without crossing that line is being punished in such a way that is ABSOLUTELY UNCALLED for! 14 day ban for pretty light trash talk is just BLOWING ME AWAY RIGHT NOW! I have said WAY WAY WAY more things in the past that i'm completely shocked that i did my receive a perma ban at ANY POINT in the first 4 years of playing the game... Why is it now punished in such a manner that its ACTUALLY causing more damage to the game as a whole than SOLVING ANYTHING! If you do NOT WANT PLAYERS to trash talk or anything on a calm trash talking nature REMOVE THE FUCKING CHAT PERIOD!! you guys are going WAY overboard with this shit and honestly LIGHTEN THE FUCK UP TIGHT WAD RIOT jesus fuck! you need to severely punish actions that have a negative impact as a whole on the game... TRASH TALKING IS NOT A FUCKING BANNABLE OFFENSE! UNLESS!!!!(heres the HARD part for riot to understand) Hateful/racist/and EXTREME VULGAR disrespect is committed than i completely 100% agree with a ban. But calm and somewhat soft trash talk is ABSOLUTELY no reason to hand out the ban hammer NOR a fucking CHAT restriction! Like i said, you are actually causing more harm to the game by being tight ass wads of hell! THIS IS A PVP(IN CASE you forgot what that means riot) PLAYER VS. PLAYER ENVIRONMENT! You need to accept moderately light trash talking as ONE OF THE CORE reasons people PVP! or is that butt hole just gonna keep getting tighter??? MMMMMMMMM?!?!!?!?!?!?!!??

Outside of hate speech, racial slurs, ect, severity of offense does not determine severity of punishment.

1st strike - 10 game chat restriction 2nd strike - 25 game chat restriction 3rd strike - 14 day full ban 4th strike - perma ban

Regardless of how light it is, if you have been punished twice already you can expect a 14 day ban as your next punishment.

Couldn't agree more, RIOT has no clue what they are doing, they wanted to save money by making the system automated and they lie with "high succes rate" when it comes to bans. My brother got a perma ban for using the word "low" in 3 games.
