Please Read Account was hacked and now I'm perma banned

Okay so, a couple months ago I was hacked. I was dumb and clicked on a link, yadayadayada. But like, after the person logged into my account, and I logged in, everything was fine. I went to change my password, and my email was changed. So switching back to now, my account is permanently suspended for literally no reason. :/ I checked on op.gg and no one's playing on my account, I can still get into the LoL Chat and leagueoflegends.com. This all happened Thursday, and honestly I'm really scared because I put so much into that account and there's nothing I should be banned for, I don't think. I can't even check why I was banned because of the email switch. Some help would be nice? :/

Riot will sometimes pre-emptively ban accounts when they suspect they may have been stolen. Submit a ticket to Riot support and explain the situation, and hopefully you'll be able to get the account back in your hands and properly secured. https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/201751694

I submitted a ticked Thursday, I just reallllly don't like waiting for this especially since the season is ending soon. :/

It can take a few days before they respond. Just be patient, and make sure you don't try to 'bump' the ticket by adding comments or anything to it. That'll actually drop it back to the bottom of the queue.

The average time for account recovery seems to be around a week, and the wait time for a ticket to be answered initially around 3 days or less. If you are able verify account ownership with sufficient information, there should be plenty of time for this to be resolved before the season ends (granted the issue is the one Ziel stated).

Hey buddy don't worry about it. As long as there was no flaming or games played on the account, the likelihood of getting your account recovered is almost certain. Just submit a ticket and you will get it back in a few days. Just don't sweat it, and do not click on any link next time.
