Riot banned me for being toxic with the toxic guy ?

I just get perma banned for being toxic while the guy who was the real toxic kid and who were flaming me and my team for his mistakes and who were 0:4 at 3rd minute while i was 0:0:0 gets nothing ? What is this nonsense? I get the chat from this game where i say after he was flaming me .thats my words "hey can you report jinx for being toxic and feeding? " and 3 of the other team agreed with 2 more from my team.Then i said " jinx go to practice on bots and dont blame others for your mistakes" and etc. All of my chat is in telling her that she just need to play some more games to get better and that she dont need to flame others only because she plays wrong.After i read again my chat from the game for which i was banned i fell in laugh and im sure that she and her friend zed had reported me and the system made a mistake ,so i send and an email to riotsupport.I just dont get why i must pay for other players ? If the system was working good she will ban jinx who were 0:4 and was already flaming in the 3rd min xD thats 1 min and 30 seconds after the minions are on the lane can you imagine this ,im sure you can because many of you can relate to this situation..I just want to have a real chat with someone from the thousands workers in riot and i want him to explain me wqqault and why i was banned and not the guyqqqqqq who was toxic?I just dont want to get again a response from riot which is actually a pattern and wasnt wrote down for me....
