Toxicity.

Just got out of a game where my mid laner ran it down in rank, and was like "I'm not carrying you scrubs." Even though I help him get a double. So I added him afterwards to see why he did it ,and this is how he responds. I couldn't even message him because he straight up started saying that than blocked me within 4 seconds.

Anyways have you guys have any stories similar to this one? I'm sure you have.

Have a good day!

Anyways sorry to anyone that this happens to.

You can create support ticket if you want him banned.

Adding players that shown signs of toxicity ingame isn't the best idea unless you want them to shove insults and threats in your face.

So he was toxic ingame, and instead of just moving on, you decided to add him... and ofc he was toxic to you in PM-s... and now youre complaining about toxicity?

This is really common, players will add you just to flame you because they are 'safe' from the system

Players can flame all they want in pm, riot doesn't enforce their rules unless it's a special case. Their reasoning is that you accepted their comms so you agree to anything that comes from it including racism, homophobic slurs, sexism etc.

People know this and they abuse it like this. A fun thing I like to do with people adding me after a bad game is to wait a bit, accept then say "too slow" or "cya later" and immediately unfriend them :)

This is the thing I don't appreciate about the attitude of the online competitive gaming community.

I come from an athletic background, and even if you did something like what some players do in this game you would be thrown off of the team and never allowed back on.

It boggles my mind that players in the competitive realm of this game are allowed to do what they do on a regular basis, especially with how forgiving riot is.

Had someone that REALLY tried hard to get under my skin, was lots of fun trolling him, pretty sure he got madder and madder with every "KYS" he send my way, at least that's what a gathered from all the other stuff he wrote. Was extremely easy to trigger him as I was higher ranked than him so I just kept poking at that. He eventually unfriended me, I guess that means I won. :) Also don't bother sending a ticket, Riot doesn't punish people for DMs because they're strictly opt-in.

Just checked this dude's match history. Looks like an account he bought to blow off some steam. Adding him was probably a mistake, he probably thought you added to flame him.

fairly sure that they system most likely auto banned him anyways. I know ppl sometimes do it on purpose to get the account banned.
