Wrongful Chat restriction

As the title says, I logged in to a chat restrict for 30 games because some one on my team who decided to troll and throw a tantrum in my match yesterday, and reported everyone in the game on both teams, because our support had "taken" a kill from him on accident.

Any way I can get this solved or fixed? I'm certainly not about to get some kind of ban because of a troll or a griever -_- They gave me back my logs, but something tells me Riot isn't really looking at the game itself or any logs at all in the match, since i'm 100% sure nothing happened to the person who sent said false report despite our entire game agreeing to submit reports.

At this point i've got about 19 matches left before it's lifted, and submitting a ticket has been frustratingly useless, as I just got told I was restricted for what i said in the chat (Which mind you, was nothing wrong.)

If riot is going to let players like this get away with murder and go unharmed via reports, and actually hit the people causing problems, they need to seriously re-evaluate their systems and how they handle things. Letting actual toxic people get away with ruining other peoples experience is on Their hands, especially if said toxic person <does> get reported and gets let off, is absolutely absurd.
