i went on a trip for just a a month then when i come back it says that my account has been permanently suspended and i was hoping i got some game time in but I couldn't play and when i checked the email that was sent it said that i purchased RP but i haven't been around to be able to do that. Can someone please message me about this because i really wouldn't like to make a new account to restart... thanks

Awkward Couch2 votesSending in a ticket is a good start. I would also take your computer in to get scrubbed, if they did hack your computer, they may have left a back door in to get back into your computer. Scan for viruses malware spyware the works.
If you don't mind would you post the reform card? That would give more info and we could be able to help you more.

Deep Terror Nami2 votesIf you purchased RP before you left and the payment didn't go through, your account would have been locked for a chargeback. This purchase didn't necessarily have to happen while you were gone. Wait for your ticket to get answered, and refer to this page if it was a chargeback. The number at the end of your ban-until date isn't a year but a ban code used for tracking your case; what is it? 2114 is commonly used for chargebacks.
CvtqW1RffY1 votesNo it wasn't a charge back it was someone that actually hacked my account and took advantage of the card I had saved on my account and they purchased about 630$ of my money and it's been a struggle to get that back
