I got banned after my account got hacked :/

i went on a trip for just a a month then when i come back it says that my account has been permanently suspended and i was hoping i got some game time in but I couldn't play and when i checked the email that was sent it said that i purchased RP but i haven't been around to be able to do that. Can someone please message me about this because i really wouldn't like to make a new account to restart... thanks

Try sending in a support ticket here. Might be a good start.

If you purchased RP before you left and the payment didn't go through, your account would have been locked for a chargeback. This purchase didn't necessarily have to happen while you were gone. Wait for your ticket to get answered, and refer to this page if it was a chargeback. The number at the end of your ban-until date isn't a year but a ban code used for tracking your case; what is it? 2114 is commonly used for chargebacks.
