I've helped countless people learn how to play, I'm at level 4 honor, I've introduced people to League of Legends and I get banned for flaming teammates, I feel like this is insanely unfair.

I'm curious as to what you guys think about this, is Riot being unfair with their punishments?

Since everyone is crying to see my chatlog here it is, damn, i said %%%got =/ I don't see the point in any of this though, I just wanted peoples opinions on getting banned for flaming, i didn't expect the community to be filled with so many white knights telling me that i'm a bad boy who doesn't deserve to play lmao

Yes. It's completely fair.

Does buying a ticket to the movies give you the right to scream at people or curse their names? Does buying 10 tickets to the movies give you that same right? How about 1000?

The point being: no matter how much you are a patron of a business, you do not have the right to abuse that business' other customers. If you begin to be abusive (or are caught being abusive) to other customers, the business will tell you to leave and not come back. From a business standpoint, it just makes more sense, as your abuse is likely causing more than just one person to think twice about supporting League, be it by playing or purchasing RP/etc.

From a community standpoint, Riot cares about their players. Their mottos for their offices are all variations on "Players First." And they don't let each other forget it. From their mind, it'd even be better to lose a little bit of revenue by banning toxic players who spend a lot of money than it would be to have a toxic community that spends a little more money. They want a nice, open, non-toxic but competitive community for the casual and hardcore players alike.

I lost an account with 400 euro stuff in it. One with 250 euro and few with 50 euro each. I don't see why are you suppose to be immune to punishment if I'm not.
