lackofsupport team

is there anyway to speak to someone at Riot who isn't going to brush me off the way Riot Support does with their generic pre-written emails? I've been having technical issues that are causing my game to crash at the loading screen, and now I'm on 20 minutes before I can find a match. I've tried several times to contact Riot Support, for this and for a seriously unfair trolling incident where I was called a faot and nier but I was punished and the aggressors were not (and i did not not use language even remotely as offensive), but to be honest I do not feel like the Support team is supporting anyone but their bottom line. They send these emails where it's like they just pick a topic and the system generates an email for them so all they have to do is click send. There's no REAL support being given. Does anyone know how I can get this fixed?
