Complaint againts agent Purple Snowdrop for abusal and harassment

Regarding the issue exposed in the link:

Even though I think it might be an offensive summoner name (my opinion is irrelevant, maybe it doesn't violate the rules) I just read the transcript from chat. I think that the player was not polite but what I noticed is that the Rioter has an arrogant attitude. He is the professional and he should act as such. I also dealt with Purple Snowdrop and he was kind of arrogant. I think rioters should be a little less overbearing -at least Purple Snowdrop who I dealt with (I don't have much experience in talking to rioters, thank god)-. It also sounds like Purple Snowdrop is teasing the player constantly asking if he would like to talk about his technical issues when he just said he would ban him for 7 days and did not discuss why his name is offensive. I do not know how it works but in my understanding, a rioter that claims your name is offensive HAS TO tell you why it is offensive, even if he/she thinks it's obvious. He needs to show which part of the league of legends community rules is the player violating and with WHAT authority he is legitimate to ban someone for 7 days, at lest send you a link. A rioter has to explain himself at least once legally speaking. If the player continues arguing after that, it is the player's problem. I found the rioter abusing his power and not really explaining the situation to the player. You have to be able to justify your actions as a rioter.

It should be obvious that a rioter has to explain or send you a link to justify that he can punish you in X way and show you that indeed you violated LoL terms.

It cannot be like this:

Rioter:Talon Players:Lux

The rioter said that he wouldn't discuss the issue with him. It's irrelevant how obvious he finds it. If he said in the transcript: it violates Riot's rules on "vulgar, obscene, [or] sexually explicit" it would have been the correct way to answer imo.

You got enough of an answer in your prior thread. You were in the wrong here. Not the support agent.

Just move on. Your other thread gave you enough of an answer. At some point you need to admit you were wrong.

Mentioned they were having server issues.

Informs that the name is offensive as per;

v. Transmitting or communicating any content which, in the sole and exclusive discretion of Riot Games, is deemed offensive, including language that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, or racially, ethically, or otherwise objectionable;

Or

xi. Selecting a Summoner name that is falsely indicative of an association with Riot Games, contains personally identifying information, or that is offensive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable. You may not use a misspelling or an alternative spelling to circumvent this restriction on Summoner name choices. Riot Games may modify any name which,** in the sole and exclusive judgment of Riot Games, violates this provision, without notification to you, and may take further disciplinary measures, including account termination for repeated violations;**

Asks if would like to return to the original matter after issuing the punishment for name change.

He is the professional and he should act as such.

More like temporary employee with no training.
