So I got chat banned 9 games. That really sucks because I like to talk quite a bit during matches. I really don't know why I got chat banned except some language towards my duo partner which shouldn't even count because we know each other well and go to school together. Riot unbann me please
If you are unsure why you were chat restricted, would you mind posting the chat logs you received? I or another regular here could help shed some light as to what caused you to be chat restricted.
Also, keep in mind that even if you are talking to your duo, if you are doing so in the team chat where your teammates can see it, they have every right to report it if they find what you're saying unacceptable. If you want to talk to your duo however you want, use Skype or something similar.
