Are there still warning´s that you get reported alot?
Are there still the popup warnings "You have been reported a lot recently, get back on track pls", from Riot?
Or do you just get chat restricted instantly?

Those notifications were unreliable because they didn't rely on the reports being valid or not. It also lead to confusion as people thought they were being punished when they weren't.
The punishments are applied instantly when the IFS determines that an account should be punished.
Watch out for the ban hammer. Riot is watching you. Always....
No warnings whatsoever
