Permanent Account Suspension

Your account has received a permanent suspension following an extensive audit of in-game behavior within recent League of Legends matches.

Here are some chat logs that were identified as negative by other players in the community.

I am sorry if this is not posted in good way but it is my first time of using boards. I just want to hear from you and get some help. I was once suspended for 14 days for toxic behavior and that is when I asked for people to report other people. I never insulted anyone or cursed, or any stuff in that matter. And than I got banned for the reasons of 1 game and whole chat log is up. When I asked for player sup for an answer I was told that negative sarcasm is not welcomed and I got suspension because of that. Can someone help what to do?? And don't say you deserve it because that is unfair. Btw when I got suspended I never got chat restricted. I admit that I should be punished I even asked for permanent chat restriction but permanent ban on account I used 5 years and spent sooo much time and money actually. I also had honorable opponent banners on that account I had full friend list I made sooo much friends in real life couse of it and now it is all gone. I want to refer. I want to be better. Help someone please.

You were banned for 14 days before this... guess the lesson wasn't learned.

How do you believe making fun of your team mates performance helped them improve? Furthermore - asking people to report other people is negative behavior and is reported often...

I'd recommend not harassing other players. It doesn't actually do anything to help you win. And yes, based on the logs it appears that you might have been responding to things said by other players, but all you do in that case is contribute more to the negative experience of your other teammates. And it's completely unnecessary. Should have muted the people when they started harassing you and reported them afterwards.

Also, please realize that you don't get a permaban from a single game. These are handed out for long-lasting patterns of negative behavior on a regular basis. To get to a permaban, you have to have gone through several other rounds of punishments first. So it's very misleading to try to claim you 'were banned for this game'. You weren't. That was just the sample chat log that they provided. There were more games leading to your ban than just that. And prior to those games, there were three more levels of punishments that you worked through and apparently ignored before you reached this point.

I have a strong feeling that about 80% of the chat log isn't here. Take a screen shot of the pop-up message of your ban on the client so we can get the real story.

I don't suspect there's anything missing from these logs. You started word one with 'gg', started trashing bot lane, told bot lane you aren't going bot anymore. That's not okay.

That actually wasn't that bad... but I'm guessing you are giving us an incomplete version that tries to make you look better. I doubt you'd get permabanned for that.
