Given several instances of hatespeech in this log, I'm afraid I don't think you'll have any traction towards getting this overturned even if you directly contacted Riot Support: the ban is CLEARLY not in error, and the only bans that are overturned are those that are applied in error.

First off, where's game 1? You've only provided game 2. Second off, even with only game 2 there are multiple instances of hate speech, harassment and just poor behavior in general. Under normal circumstances the hate speech alone would cause an escalation to a 2-week ban, but considering that this is a permaban must mean that you've already received a 2-week ban before, ignored the warning to shape up or ship out and continued behaving poorly. Sorry to say that there's no way that this is getting overturned. If you truly valued your account then you should have thought of that before you decided to be a verbally abusive jerk to others.
