I'm just sorry for being toxic, Ive been playing league ages ago ive never been toxic at all, but today I was toxic cause I was mad at work and cameback to play league and people were flaming so I went mad... Given several instances of hatespeech in this log, I'm afraid I don't think you'll have any traction towards getting this overturned even if you directly contacted Riot Support: the ban is CLEARLY not in error, and the only bans that are overturned are those that are applied in error.

This still should not be perma banned though. He should have a chat ban or 14 ban; maybe both.

Racism, hate speech, and encouragement of self harm are escalated immediately to 14 day punishment or permanent suspension depending on severity and past punishments.

Given that the OP said "I never thought I would get banned any time soon", my guess is they were warned already once before about his behavior, and probably fairly recently, chose to ignore said warning, and is paying the price, having possibly received 14-day ban or 25-game Chat Restriction as their prior punishment.

First off, where's game 1? You've only provided game 2. Second off, even with only game 2 there are multiple instances of hate speech, harassment and just poor behavior in general. Under normal circumstances the hate speech alone would cause an escalation to a 2-week ban, but considering that this is a permaban must mean that you've already received a 2-week ban before, ignored the warning to shape up or ship out and continued behaving poorly. Sorry to say that there's no way that this is getting overturned. If you truly valued your account then you should have thought of that before you decided to be a verbally abusive jerk to others.
