Unfair Permanent Ban

So a couple weeks ago I was banned for 2 weeks, the reason for that was because I flamed an INT feeder and he convinced the other team that he wasn't trolling and they all got me banned for two weeks. My account has just been unblocked yesterday and today I decided to play a match with a couple of friends, only today my mouse was messing up and I repeatedly told everyone in the lobby that my mouse was turning off from time to time, at the end of the game some person playing rakan was just saying that I was trolling and that my mouse wasn't turning off or on without even being there to know. So after the game, I get a message saying that my account has been permanently banned because some rakan player convinced the other team that I was just trolling.

PLEASE note that the first offense was for toxicity, but the second was not my fault. I have no control over how a person interprets "My mouse is turning off and on"

14-day suspensions are usually either the result of severe toxicity or a pattern of toxicity. Why don't you post your reform card so we can help you go over it?

you went 2/10, full item 3070 build and 33CS after 36min

The flaming is the cause of the ban, not his convincing the other team he wasn't trolling. A single report for flaming would have accomplished something similar, as one report and nine reports are weighted evenly. It's a matter of games-reported to games-played, so, unless you were VERY toxic with your words in that game, it's likely you had a backlog of games and the punishment would have caught up to you in the next few games anyway.

It has little bearing on your current situation, but it's a good thing to know regardless. :)

So here's the problem -- I get that it may have been your mouse causing the issue. But you were coming off a 14-day ban, and so your account is on VERY thin ice.

Looking at the game in question, your big mistake was stacking Tear of the Goddess 2 minutes before the game was over. With a score of 2/10 and a CS score of 33 (both attributable to mouse malfunctioning) you may have looked like it was intentional, but if there were no other signs it probably would have been fine. I get that maybe you weren't, but you need to be aware that it looks SUPER suspect.

The itemization change though, ESPECIALLY two minutes before the game was over? That REALLY makes it look like you were trolling, and revealing your hand at the last minute.

If you got a reform card, you should post it here. If there isn't any toxic behavior on it then you MIGHT have a case if you submitted something to Riot Support -- this is a bit of an edge case as presented here, where you legitimately may have just had a bad game and made a big mistake in giving up so hard and stacking Tears. They might be merciful -- but, again, if your reform card has toxicity on it you can probably forget about it.

What exactly did the email/message that said your account was suspended say? I'm not positive, but I didn't think the leaver penalties would kick in to ban someone immediately after a game. That sounds more like a review by the Instant Feedback System, which handles toxicity and behavioral infractions. Were you given a reform card showing chat logs, like you had from the 14 day suspension? I'm just trying to figure out exactly what happened.

If Deep Terror Nami is still online, he knows a bit more about how the leaver penalties work, and how their punishments kick in, to know if they had anything to do with it.
