Is this a server issue or a kind of attack???

Hello there,

We play in EUNE server and we get disconnected very often. Is that a server problem that's happening only in my country or is it a ddos attack that causes it? A few minutes ago we played a 3v3 ranked game and we got disconnected 3 times in 3 fights but the enemy team didn't. I would like to have an answer asap cause i've lost points in solo queue which it matters more to me.
