For people playin' some champ for the first time and goes on ranked

Everyone can have a bad day or game,it's perfectly normal that you can throw from time to time but there is a special place in hell for people who buy a new champ and goes into ranked and have ballz to tell it to everyone.. I understand that some of tham are joking but jesus,there are actually people who do that.. It would be awesome that Riot make some engine only for ranked,whan you enter ranked,for exapmle, you can't pick champ you didn't play like 15-30 time's in normal.. I belive thay have enough strong engine that can check and do that and sort all on time.. Soo, if you want to play some champ in rank first you need to play that number of normals.. It's the same type of sistem/engine which won't allow ya to play rank if you don't have enough champ's..
