So about leveling a new account

So this is what i have gathered when leveling a new account, im currently level 8 trying to actually play a game with players that know somewhat of what they are playing or at least not troll a game and give me 100games lost in blind pick because i can not play draft until level 10, (seriously whoever mad the matchmaking needs to go back to the drawing board with it).

The reason i bring this up is because when playing games in blind pick there is very little chance to win a game because just about every game i have played is full of botting players.

I'll admit i hate losing but i can live with it if i atleast win roughly around the same that i lost. not 30, 40 or even 50 games in a row because of bots in PVP matches on my team that just feed.

i just left my last game because of a shyvana that called top went mid and trolled the zed mid and the afk'd, but that is not why i left, i was not going to play a game where i was trying to forfeit and my team kept refusing 3-1 when they were all feeding and playing just like a bot would play, infact i know they were bots just by how they were playing.

Here is the thing RIOT, fix your damned matchmaking, how hard is it to want to have a balanced match in a game even when leveling. It has taken me so much longer then i would like to level this account to 10 and get to draft so things are a bit smoother.

That also brings up another point, with how hard/bad it is to level in Blind pick why do you even bother to give rewarded experience to the winning team, why can you not implement the reward system after level and let all those who are below earn the same experience regardless of winning or losing. Seriously is that too much to ask, or is it too much to ask you fix the current unbalanced matchmaking.
