Banned for no reason

a little background ive been play lol for the past 2 years and never had a problem recently my account has been hacked and i was suspend for boosting. ok thats my fault for my email getting hacked cool riot i appreciate it. Now this happens and im perma banned. this makes no sense i literally had never had a problem with grieving or anything like that. riot gave me no proof of a 3rd party client and honestly im not even that tech savy to add a 3rd party client so it certainly wasnt me. so its been fun riot but i am done playing your stupid game and i will be movin g on unless this problem can be fixed.

If you haven't already submit a ticket here
I would run your computer for virus, scripts, Trojans the works. If you have been hacked once it makes sense that they might leave a back door.
Please tell me you did not try and get free RP off one of those websites. You never know these days.
Anything can set this off. If you have a script for cookie clickers, where you make a script to continue to keep clicking, then Riot will see that script and potentially ban you for that.
Riot isn't going to reveal what info they have on you or how they got it. If the did, 3rd party programs could use that info to work around getting caught.

i submitted a ticket and seem to be clear of viruses but ill check again and no i didnt use free rp. when i was hacked it was wierd cause i didnt notice for a few week and then changed my password and then i was hacked again and they were boosting on my account and i was banned for 2 weeks i get that. (little did i know my email was also hacked, i guess that was the main problem) do you think that hacker could be responsible for the 3rd party client issue. or is it localized to my pc and i may have some malware i need to remove. btw thanks for the helpful comment

It could be that they would have an unauthorized script running in the background. I would take it into a computer repair store, I took a couple classes in college but I am no where near an expert on this stuff so I can't help all that much. If you got hacked then I would take it in regardless.

Do you have a backup hard drive? If you did back up onto your hard drive, you should be able to go back to that restore point.

i think im just bad at most roles and i was actually really impressed by the winning streak recently but this patch is really good at snowballing and im just aweful late game. and yeas thats how i found out my account was hack and banned due to feeding

I can also point out the random 14 game streak of wins with minimal deaths and LITTLE DAMAGE TAKEN proceed by a 9 game loss of normal-high average deaths

...and swap of summoner spells from F to D and back during that period.

Yes, this guy was boosted and he admitted to it. That said, I'm not buying the "somebody hacked my account and boosted it". Why would somebody randomly do that? I checked the history and it wasn't even duo'd with somebody else to raise that person's rank. It's akin to somebody breaking into my house, vacuuming the carpet, doing the dishes (I hate dishes), taking out the trash, then leaving some $50 bills on the table before leaving. Nobody does that.

i thought it was weird since i didnt really have time to play since the summer due to school but when i did get on occasionally i just played normals and why would i pay to boost to gold 3 i honestly got hacked

Here is the problem....if you question why you would boost to gold, why would someone else boost you to gold?

well riot has these bs 30 levels before you can get a full rune page so im thinking they wanted to take over my account for that also i was in silver 2 first so i didnt have to go through bronze

Yes a pre lvl 30 knew exactly how to win game after game and not how to do it themselves on their own accounts. They said "im to lazy to use my own account so ill go hack someone else's (incredibly complicated) and play games on theirs"

Um so they hacked my email so they had access to login info that was the main problem. the main issue isnt the boosting its the 3rd party client. I served my time for the "boosting" and was suspended for that

Boosting is under 3rd party. Its another party doing actions for you. So technically yes it is the main problem. Could you show the email explaining the ban?
