Can we please have a harsher penalty for people who dodge in champ select? I have had 13 fucking people dodge trying to get into a game.
If people dodge it means they either alt tabbed, which people should stop doing anyway, or they dont intend on playing for a while.
Instead of the 5 minute wait timer I would say increase it to 30 minutes minimum.

How about NO. Dodging is the last line of defense against champ select trolling/flaming/general negativity. And no way in hell Rito going to make dodging even worse than LPQ for real in-game afk, which is 5 minutes on the first tier.

i would say increase the LP loss for when you dodge, because four LP for dodging champ select is honestly bullshit lmao

There's tons more reasons than that to dodge. Trust me, you'd rather I dodge if I'm on your team and I don't get Diana.
I mean it could work up to thirty minutes, but it seems harsh to get a thirty minute wait if your connection craps out or you lose track of time. Simple errors do not deserve such hard ass kickings
