i was being trolled in these games and am not the best at keeping my mouth shut i dont see how this is possibly something worth banning a 5 year account for with previous restrictions nothing worse than this has ever been said ive never told ppl to kill themselves i dont use racists or homophobic slurs ive never shit talked in ranked nor fed in ranked all of this is from normals where i beleieve we should be more open to talk and play as we plz as it accounts for little but maybe this is only my opinion...

What you seem to be missing is that if it's chat restriction worthy, it's permaban worthy when repeated enough.

The 10 game chat restriction, 25 game chat restriction, and two week ban were designed to let you know as early as possible to knock it off and improve, but if you ignored them... well, the two week ban makes it clear it's your final warning.

No tolerance policy, doesn't matter if it's normals or ranked, doesn't matter how long you've been playing, if your being a general dick and trolling like you said in the first sentence, you deserve a perma

Understand that the behavioral system has changed since Aug-2015 to a tier system and the tiers are as follows:

  1. 10 Game chat restrict
  2. 25 Game chat restrict
  3. 14-Day ban
  4. Permaban

So chat is no longer "is this permaban worthy", but more of "is this chat punishable". If chats are punishment worthy, then it'll build up a case against you and you'll move up the punishment tiers.

You can't even use the excuse that "I didn't know", as it was clearly stated in your 14-day ban reform card / email that your next punishment is a permaban.

It's irrelevant whether a given offense is worth a perma. It only matters whether an offense is worth a punishment period. If it is, then go to the lookup chart and see what your next punishment is slated to be, oops it's a perma. Bye.

I understand your pain all to well dude. Everyone else in league doesn't care and sees you as the bad person because they didn't experience the game itself. My advice is to mute everyone and just bite the pillow for the buddy f**king that is solo que because that's how most people are in solo que. Or you can just go play some other game that's better than league? And talking trash to someone is just normal for video game players, and i don't know why riot or league players don't understand that.

GAME 1 CONCLUSION

From the start you were harassing Soraka simply for her choice to not start her healing spell. Even if she was trolling, your constant harassment towards her wasn't gonna magically change things. Also, there are more respectful ways to ask someone to stop doing that or leave the lane other than saying "Gtfo out of my lane right now!". In the future just mute and report them and don't call for reports either, since 1) it's considered harassment and therefore reportable and 2) it only takes one report to flag a game for review anyways, so there's no point in trying to get other people to report someone because of it.

My verdict: Punish.

GAME 2

Here's what I see.

Immediately you start insulting and harassing Olaf over him being behind due to his Gromp being taken.

You're not the team leader, so barking out orders in a disrespectful tone won't get people to listen to you. Also, so what if the support gets a few kills here and there? it's not the end of the world, especially if that was a kill secured in order to prevent the opponent from escaping with very low health. Also, what was the point exactly for the "i hope she kills you both" comment there?

Ivern can be played as a Support as well as his abilities (aside from his passive of course) are suited for the support role as well.

GAME 2 CONCLUSION

Right off the bat you start harassing your teammate simply because they fell behind early. Not only that but you continuously do that if they make any sort of mistake. In addition to this you seem to have a very stubborn view of what can be played as support and what can't. Ivern's kit can be played in both the support and jungle role (he is a supportive jungler after all) so you need to quit being so stubborn about that kind of thing. I've already gone over why report calling is bad so I won't repeat myself here.

My verdict: Punish.

OVERALL CONCLUSION

Whenever someone messes up and/or does something that you don't like or approve of (such as starting a different ability than the one that you wanted them to start) you continuously harass them over it for the entire game and in a rude and disrespectful tone tell them to leave your lane. Not only that but you seem to not know or realize that there are some champions that are completely viable as a support (Ivern being one example of such a champion) and as such whenever one does appear you harass that player over it. In addition to all of that you call for reports.

My advice: Grow up. We all make mistakes, and not everyone shares the same mindset as you in terms of optimal skill start choices either, so continuously harassing someone over them for the entire game is just you being a jerk. So what if someone else is trolling? Who cares? That doesn't automatically mean that you get a free pass to start behaving like a jerk.

In the future just mute and report those who act up, and if someone makes a mistake, build them up instead of putting them down. We all make mistakes every now and then, even you, so the next time that you're about to type out an insult, think about how you would feel if that were directed at you before pressing Enter.

My overall/final verdict on this case: Punish.

i tested this theory out myself as well with a couple of my buddies this system is overly sensitive for a competitive pvp based game regardless of what you want to say

Let me Try to say this nice! If your experiment includes chat logs like above then your theory of simply saying Fuck is offset by the many other offences that are apt to be reported.

To answer your original question,,,Yes !!

People, fellow posters and followers of this game, I feel the question should and remain, "Would I like to play in this game and would I report it"

Fuck is not the buzz word that gets people punished. I'd give example but your all smart enough to understand the difference.

I think a lot of people (who get punished) really need to realize this. Especially those that like to pick and choose their chatlogs not showing us everything would help them to understand how the banning process works.

Honestly, does this sound like a chat log that started at the beginning? No it does Not. And, if it is the way a player starts the game then why should other have to deal with it.

A huge part of me says If you are going to complain on this board and put up chat logs the least we can ask for are correct and from the start of the game. I understand part of why Riot doesn't do it at this time, Yet another time I will bring this up.

Realize most bully are over sensitive beings and they must pick at anyone they think will not talk or act back. Sad, really it is! I feel bad for all of the posters on this board who support and even try to promote bulling !!!
