I've been permanently banned :( It says check my email but no email?

Hi, It says i'm permanently disabled when I'm trying to log in and it say check my email, but no email is there, I check spam too, nothing. Why am I ban :\ only email I have is say "Thank you for purchasing"

Happened to me also. Go to this link https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us . Submit a ticket. Riot told me they made a mistake and unbanned me. Hope this helps
