If you int hard enough is it a wintrade?

Just curious. Just had a game where the person was obviously tilted from something and actually "wintraded" a free game away. I mean worse than inting, if he had actually just run into lane on every spawn and died we could have still won. He went support mf, didnt leash, then auto attacked creeps while the adc leashed me. Then he inted two kills in lane, went mid and took mids cs and inted a few more times there, then started ulting my jungle camps to steal them. He even took a kill and tried to take a couple more to reset his gold. I mean if there was any hope of someone doing something, watching 30 seconds of the replay should get him banned but =/

Anyways, i feel if someone does something as bad as that it's actually worse than inting. Is that wintrading considering i dont think he knew anyone on the enemy team or should it be called something else?
