So I recently reported a guy for cheating, and it was obvious that he was cheating, he is silver 2 and he is evading spells like it's Fakers unborn son. What I am interested in, is how long should it past before that kind of code violation gets punished? Also, are there any new counter measures against cheaters, or we are going to have to face with them once in a while in game.

On another note, Have you seen that korean kid who plays like fakers unborn kid? It's pretty intense.
