An idea to deal with trolls

So I'm tired of having to dodge a game knowing if I don't, Its not going to be fun and will loose IP in a rank game because of a troll. Picture this, your pumped! You are ready to play your favorite lane with your favorite character and you have him locked in but suddenly a "teammate" of yours bans it! Now you are like, "wow! pretty damn rude!" You got other teams wondering why he did that and then the troll suddenly says that he or she is not helping you and starts to call you names. From there you have two options: First option: Dodge and take a hit in IP and have a dodge que! Second option is to play with the troll with the fate of loosing the game unless the other team is just REALLY bad! Why take the risk on that? Well what if there is a third option?! The third option is a member can start a vote to remove that person and that troll can then receive bad sportsmanship ban que and loose -3. The rest of the members are then thrown back into a que and not have to worry about that troll. This will encourage better behavior and reduce the amount of trolls played with. Riot is on the right track. Lets just keep it that way. Just an idea. Would love to bounce this around with a few others in a 'positive' way and not in a bashing the idea way. In another words, no trolls allowed!!! =)

If there is a group of them but it will at least help with that one that tends to ruin it for everyone

This idea comes up multiple times and sounds great, but isn't in practice.

Would some people use it correctly? Yes.

Would people abuse it? Yes. Not only would groups, flex, but also lobbies who don't like a team members pick. I pick a heal/shield support but they wanted a tank so now they vote me and I get a penalty? Maybe the enemy has a op stacked comp. "Well, if no one is dodging someone must be sacrificed." Random person chosen to be voted. "Sorry but it is for the best."

Sound healthy, but actually isn't.
