How to check causes of infractions

I just got a penalty (of some sort - it didn't tell me what) for unsportsmanlike conduct. Is there any way of checking what it was that landed that penalty? I'm just worried because that's one of those things I never thought I'd be reported for, which means that I could easily do it again without realizing it. Would a support e-mail be able to give me information on that, or is there a menu somewhere that tells you the reasons for particular penalties? It's rather disheartening to know that you have a bad behavior but not being told what it specifically is.
