So, this just happened to me in champ select.
I understand I should report him with the report button, but I didn't want to play this game. But I feel like this 4 man should be punished for their behaviour.
I ended up dodging the game, which then penalises me and forces me to wait. Basically, if I remain silent, the trolls won't get punished, and I get punished for dodging or playing the game with these guys...

Now, I can understand that people can be toxic in the heat of the moment during a very tense match. While it isn't nice, I can kind of see why that happens as they type what goes through their minds. It happens to the best of us. Whether it's a passive aggressive comment, or flat out insults, which aren't correct either, it happens. I would be lying if I said I never said anything bad in chat.
However, in this case, these people are toxic, for the sake of being toxic. There goal is to annoy people and to make reactions. I do understand that Riot's support isn't for reporting and the same goes with this board. I hope actions will be taken because this, I can say I never intended to insult people, planning to insult them for the sake of pissing them off.
