You can get punished for talking sense to your team, stopping two guys from inting, and winning game

So, I had Vayne-Soraka bot, we were winning and enemy Cho'Gath was afk, but these two started fighting each other for something stupid like Soraka taking two lasthits by accident. Vayne started inting and went something like 0/5 while flaming Soraka, Soraka got mad and started running it down mid too while flaming Vayne back. I talked sense into both of them, they both said "Ok but just for you mate", they muted each other and only talked to me, they played the game well and we won the game in the end, I got 3 honors from my team.

I know I did some things wrong, like using caps lock and asking "are you 12 year old?", but cmon...

Here's the chatlog with very minor changes to make it more clear who's talking to who (I changed words like "you" to "soraka" and "dude" to "vayne", nothing that affects the actual conversation):

There was also another game in my ticket where I did flame, but the thing is, that other game happened like a week prior to this game. What this means is that the first game alone wasn't enough to get me banned, Riot still allowed me to continue and show that I can improve. Which I did, and didn't flame ever again. Until, apparently, this chat log that I posted above. Which almost unarguably isn't flaming since I helped my team get their shit together and am the only reason we won the game.

welp I'm confused, the OP didn't edit any toxicity out of the original log, idk why ppl sayin they lied; and if the first game, the one from a week ago, was indeed suspension worthy, then it should've been done there and then, because I don't see anything noteworthy in this 2nd game's original chat log.

and even in the first game, breaking it apart, those 3 all chat lines that look like feeding cannot be proven to be as such just from chat, you'd have to see the game, maybe they were baiting with 5 ppl in a bush :) (no suspension meant either no game check or no actual feeding). Everything else was just a whole lotta talk n spam. OP does need to shut it and play, but:

tellin someone they suck is like the most kiddish and innocent way of tellin someone off... srsly now, guys!

to the OP: less QQ more Pew Pew, it will save you a lot of trouble. The chances of changing 1 player's mind, let alone 2, are minimal at best. No point risking it every god dam game. But if you insist on doing it, try your hardest and keep it super clean, especially since you have a record, so to speak :P

I don't see how this is toxic at all . Obviously having two teammates arguing and some afking is going to tilt you and you're only human . This system is garbo needs a complete rework . Sorry about your ban though, they really don't put any work into it and instead they let the robot ban lmao..

If this is all true and unedited, I can see your effort in trying to keep the team together.

Submit a ticket to https://support.riotgames.com and ask for a manual review of the punishment (and don't ask for anything else), maybe they can do something about it. No idea how long it may take, as they'll probably have to send the ticket back to NA head quarters to review and no guarantees as well.

Even if they do over turn it, it will still mean that your account is very very close to punishment. Keep in mind that you aren't punished for those two games alone, the reform card shows you 1-5 recent games of unacceptable behavior as examples. There are probably a few more toxic games that you aren't shown.

honestly i would submit a ticket no matter what, to see if they will unban you. Ive been banned and the day that ive been banned was also the day i was unbanned. After an hour or so of submitting my ticket to riot saying that i shouldnt have been banned, they replied back and gave me 14-day suspension. Now of course we both have different scenarios, i only said 2 things that were a TINY bit toxic which led this to my ban. Besides that, they even said after my 14-day suspension, I have been improving in not being toxic, so it is worth a try no matter how bad it looks.

Okay, so I was a bit skeptical until you mentioned that there was another game that you didn't even show. That only leads me to believe it was really bad. But I think in terms of punishable things this game, calling out peoples' scores is probably bannable in itself. When I'm feeding (they weren't even doing that bad, 1/3/1 isn't terrible) and people call out my scores I get INSANELY tilted.

Also Riot doesn't know you're the only reason you won. As far as they're concerned, you flamed in 2 games and therefore deserve to be punished for them.

You can turn around peoples' attitudes in games without being annoying about it, which you almost did, but better luck next time I guess.
