Could be a few different things.
You said some truly threatening things.
Personal information was involved.
It is from TFT as with it in beta, may or may not be connected to pull logs yet. (Aka spaghetti code)
Was for private comms.
Do as it says and contact player support via a support ticket.
Your guess will be as good as ours if you received no message at all when attempting to log in. It could be because it was a manual ban for griefing, or it was for private comms.
You're likely going to need to wait on support to get back to you if you've already made a ticket. And if you haven't made a ticket, make one asking for more info.

Today I got a response from a support agent, apparently hatespeeched somebody or idk, smh there refusing to provide logs and insisting i hatespeeched someone. Lmao this company is great.
