Automated Ban? Justified?

Explanation of each game:

Context: I have been banned before, so obviously I don't have the cleanest of records. I've been reforming, and haven't received at chat restriction or even a warning for the last 3 seasons.

Game 1: Vlad got flamed by our top laner (shen) in champ select for going Vlad jungle, so he decided to troll (and even admitted it). I obviously got quite angry at him, but at the same time I feel like it's justified because the dude was being a dick to everyone and he was intentionally losing us the game. He tried to act super coy and innocent about his trolling in all chat, but in team chat he just went off about how we deserve this loss since Shen flamed him in champ select. I just don't feel I should be banned for calling out a guy who's only intention was to ruin the game for his team to, "send a message" and "teach us a lesson" .

Game 2: TF was flaming me for not ganking him and called me a "%%%%%% %%%got". I quoted him in all chat in hopes of getting the enemy to report him because I don't like playing with toxic players/trolls (which apparently I am :( ). The TF also gave up before the 15 minute mark, and proceeded to afk in spawn and surrender spam. Maybe this was an automated ban for homophobia/racism, but I never actually directed any of those words to other players (ie: i was telling the other team what he said to me). I also never said a derogatory word that game, but I guess I'm the toxic one?

My thoughts: I know I shouldn't have been so vilifying towards the Vlad in the first game even though he was intentionally trolling (he told us it was to send a message), but I just feel like I shouldn't be banned over one game without receiving at least a warning or chat restriction. Like I stated earlier, I prior to this ban, have had a clean record for 3ish seasons with no warnings at all. I am consistently honored every game by at least one person for just being a nice guy, and I never give up early or try to put my team mates down if they are doing bad. These games were no exception, as in Game 1, he was intentionally doing bad to ruin my game, and Game 2 I was being flamed by my mid laner for not ganking (so i defended myself, didn't even use derogatory words).
