Chat Restrictions
I got chat restricted for 10 games, when I looked to see what it was for, it was for just one single game. ONE game was all it took for all my rewards being taken away from me and me not be able to communicate to my team for a while. Holy shit.
I was in a game with Ezreal jungle (of course) and all day he was flaming ME SPECIFICALLY for "being so fucking bad at the game" (he fail ganked and fed double buffs to my laner after stealing MY kill). I told him that he was an idiot and I stole as much jungle farm from him as I could. The rest of the game was him telling me to get cancer and to kill myself and he some how managed to get the entire team as well as the enemy Sejuani to "9x report me after this game for toxicity", and all I did was defend myself stating that everyone on my team was feeding (which they were) and I'm not the problem here just because I can't carry them (no tps, can't roam, blah blah blah). The entire team was toxic as hell toward me.
I think the main reason I got chat restricted for this ONE game was for two reasons. One, I probably got gang reported by 6 different people and that alone would probably trigger the bot or whoever looks at the chat logs to punish me no matter what I say. Second, I think the fact that I was playing Akali made me far more likely to get punished. Akali players are generally extremely toxic and therefore the system either looks at demographics and determines that what I say will probably be toxic, OR perhaps someone who was looking at this just saw my name and thought "oh well he's playing such and such might as well be trigger happy". Since my report against this Ezreal was probably the only one to have been placed, and the fact that he was playing Ezreal, I, of course, saw nothing happen to this guy. No "Your instant feed back report punished a player" message popped up, so I'm guessing nothing happened to this guy. Lol .-.
This is my problem with the report system, I feel like I have to tip toe in every single game as to not get punished for "toxicity" while those players in the very same game get absolutely no punishment for being infinitely more toxic. What the fuck?
