Today I've been permanetely banned because I wrote stuff, i know regret. I've only played 4 games in this season. I was only joiking around with my friends " and as a joke they reported me". I am so sorry, i've invested a lot money on my account, and I'll be really sad if it is all gone.

If you were in a game with a premade and NO other players and if your chat was team-chat visible to only your premade, it may be worth submitting a Player Support ticket along with screenshots of your friends claiming it was a joke (preferably in-client, so their names can be checked against the in-game behavior). If you exposed other players to inappropriate behavior, however, it doesn't matter if you were "joking with your friends" or not.

So, rule of thumb is that bans don't get overturned unless they were given in error. Since it seems like you did break rules, your prospects are slim at best.
However, I do think I recall one instance of a player in a 5-man premade being joke-reported, banned, and then having all of the members of his premade recant their reports directly to Riot, resulting in the ban being lifted. So if you were queued with 1-3 friends and the random player(s) reported you, you're out of luck, but if you were in a full 5-man group, get each of them to submit polite and respectful tickets in support of you, and hope for the best.
Riot please unban this guy! One of my friends got banned for the same thing. Some people just think reporting is for fun, but as you can see, it sometimes gets the wrong guys. I hope you can undo this and let this guy get back in the positive and funny (and weird) league community we all know and love. Best regards Grackis
Hey dude, I mean in 99.99% of the cases riot does not unban, and I have seen so many of these cases, people getting banned because they may have been joking around, not paying attention to what they were saying one day, and the next thing they see is a ban. And then of course, comes the regret phase.
If you ever think about creating a new account and actually want to reform, want to improve as a player, AND want to secure your account for this to never happen again, you should check out this app, it's not against the rules to use I contacted Riot, it has been helping me in my games, especially ranked when I get tilted sometimes. It's called Auto Censor, I can't type the website or they will remove the comment. But dude from the bottom of my heart, I have seen this way too many time, I really wan't to help out, this helps the player but also the teammates, helps them keep focused or at least one distraction (the occasional toxicness) of the many is out the way.
Just look up Atcensor - Let us Help you, one of the first links should be it. The app blocks you from sending any curse words, it's really good to have it, protects your account.
Of course keep in mind this app is fairly new, its safe tho check out the website n stuff everything is on there, so there are some small bugs but its cool.
well that sucks. i would never report a friend as a joke, if i report them it's cause they're being a jerk and using horrible language at their teammates seriously.
however, i'm assuming your friends knew about your previous 14-day ban or chat restriction? best of luck with riot... just remember behaviors in normals, aram, rotating, treeline, and ranked are all equal and a 14 day in one is finally warning for all.
