I need to vent

Riot wtf. Im sick of people like (apparently im shaming so I removed name) who intentionally loose games. We get stuck in the late game where he intentionally leaves us for 4v5s and right in the end he full well know he needs to base. He literally says end the game while he is split pushing bot and the team is rushing the nexus. He wanted us to loose. I need fucking confirmation that this guy is banned for at least a week for this. However, Know riot because im s4 and not a big community member, pro player, or higher rating my opinion wont matter and my report will go unnoticed so this guy can go into other games and intentionally loose games for other teams who want to win.

Please riot if even one of you see this, tell me why people like can run rampant in lower rating but in higher rating they get banned more often and why the opinion of the majority matters less. At least this is how I feel tell me if im wrong because I know you think I am in some way, shape, or form. [slayer-jinx-unamused]
