Chat Restrict and now I can't get hextech loot?

So this this will become quite a tale. A few weeks ago I was playing league and was doing well in games keeping to myself and giving advice to players who weren't doing well. This went on for a bit and being a player who just carried himself out of bronze I was trying to stay positive and have a healthy attitude. After a many game losing streak like most players I went berserk, I was well on the way of becoming silver 3 but due to players having no communication even after I simply requested they at least type we lost. the things I said well reflect how I felt at the time from being in promos S3 to zero league points in S5 and I do not blame anyone for my chat restrict and I do feel it helped me a lot with only giving me so many messages to send per game. What I do not understand is why I will no longer be able to be eligible to receive any hextech loot at all.

Thank you Riot for your consideration and time.

PS I was one of the players in season 1 arguing with other players to the fact that skins cost money saying that this is a free to play game and there are only so many ways they can make money. I've been a dedicated player since then but this just changes my opinion about it all, it makes me want to tell all my streamer fans, friends, friends of streamer fans, and people who come to play games in the facility I run to stay away... I've read many more cases of players being reported for simple to no reasons and still receiving the same punishment of not being eligible for hextech loot and seeing as how this is the first time to get anything free in League of Legends it is a big deal and I hope it's resolved.

Silver 5 is likely your true ELO if you are a rager.

Your restriction from hextech loot is not forever, it's only temporary. You can be able to earn loot again by playing games with neutral/positive behavior and not getting punished again. The exact amount of time is uncertain as it is different from player to player, but just continue to play games with good behavior and you will eventually be able to receive hextech loot again.

Just because you have been playing for a long time does not give you the right to threaten Riot with your YouTube stream and break the Summoner's Code at will.

You will need to make significant improvement to your morality if you want to feel the joy of a hextech reward again.

Didn't you read about Hextech Loot in the page it was introduced? Punished players won't get ANY loot. If you are getting angry at a game, once it is finished, STOP PLAYING.
