Why should we suffer for negative players!

lately i have endured the pain of having such negative people in my teams. People who tell you how to play, people who hate on you from the start and people who just dont make this game any fun. I personally am tired of having to dodge or have a 40 minute bad game because someone chose my champion so i wouldnt play him or banning the champion you wanted to play. the worst is when they tell you how to build. I spend to much money in this game, more then average to be around people like that.
