Try submitting a support ticket. It might be that the automated system picked up a lot of words out of context that usually indicate toxic behavior (inting, report, toxic, bad, silver, etc.). Support will either tell you why you got a chat restriction or remove it. Worst case scenario is that you have to deal with the restriction for a few games, which shouldn't really be a problem if you don't show toxic behavior in the future.

They call this spamming. I know it is not by definition but I have experienced it and have seen others. They will claim your chat is excessive spamming and that it inhibited your ability to play which is why you did poorly. (Though even if you won and got a 12kda like one guy I know, they would say the same thing)

Just stop chatting. That is seriously the only way you will be safe.
