LoL account banned for no reason.

My league of legends account got banned today while i was logged on it. The e-mail said I used 3rd party software to gain an advantage. The only 3rd party software that i use are Logitech Gaming Software for my headset, Razer Synapse for my keyboard and lolwiz. I was wondering if there is anything i can do other then just sit around and wait for a reply from Riot support.

hm... are you using macros on your razer keyboard?

i believe text macros are ok, but things that give you an advantage are not.

an example would be binding a key to press 2 and w while playing lee sin, so you can ward hop by only pressing 1 button. i think riot sees that as cheating.

I had the same problem. I also have Logitech, and a few others. I wonder if this is the issue.
