Banned for 3rd party program

So Hey guys I just wanted to say that I used MKLOL a while back then I got a warning from RIOT to not use anything like MKLOL,Scripts,Hack etc. Then I immediately stopped using it (I only used it for the skins) but then after a few weeks (When patch 6.6 arrived) I tried to login after updating the client was excited to see Aurelion Sol but here I came up with an Error which said my account has been suspended permanently I checked my email and got a message that I have been banned for using scripts,hacks etc until Sun Feb 22 22:22:22 UTC 9001 (I don't know how long is that) but why did I got banned for using 3rd party programs when I immediately stopped using MKLOL after I got the warning. I also sent a ticket to RIOT to get my account back and I got a reply by Itachi (RIOT player support) Hello XxRinteaxX,

When you get the automated response on your ticket, reply back to it in reasonable fashion and that'll reopen the ticket, and hopefully get you a slightly more manual response.

I'm getting transferred to player behaviour at the moment; I'm in the banned-for-false-positives bin too.

I would say since your case is different just try to contact support and give them detail especially since you were told not to use the program. They should have that information on file as well as if you stopped using the after they don't you not to use it. So they'll know if you are lying. But just keep trying to contact till someone actually replied to you!

well, did the person who shared your account also use any programs? usually the cause for 3rd party bans
