then they steal my farm, then i tell them i equip $14/5 runes so you stealing from me wont cause me a loss

then we teamfight, i get a pair of dbl kills (9 links)

then we take towers, tehn we ge ta huge lead, ive unmuted my team hoping we can just play now

4vs 1 i ult we all run, or stand BEHIND mE then i get ganked 1 vs 4 and NOBODY does ANYTHING and then they laugh when TEHY dropped the ball

then i take 2 towers on my OWN and they stop playign 20 kill lead

THAT WHY JHIN MID W SMITE is still bronze,

games are game, problem is the 200 insults DURING the game have made me decide to file a safetly lawsuit vs RIOT when a kid commits suicide over you babies, and RIOT gets sued and NONE of us can play it will cease to be funny anymore

i am STARTING the remedy NOW reports dont matter and people laugh and get MORE profane if you mention it,

if this were a skating rink and my daughter was molested 200x an HOUR, they would be shut down same day, Im a 50 year FOOTBALL coach, and this is WILDLY offensive

explain it to the judge, i no longer care but they will and i have 24-7 to DEVOTE to this campaign and when you talk to your lawyers, they will advise you of YOUR exposure and realize IM doing you a favor before there is an INCIDENT, and you wind up on DR PHIL then go Bankrupt, or to jail

In all seriousness, there's a lot to unpack here and I haven't the slightest clue where to start. For starters, your analogy of verbal abuse equating to molestation is probably one of the greatest examples of false equivalency and slippery slope that I've seen. Whereas one is a crime, the other is covered under free speech, and no laws can compel a company to enforce a standard for what people can or can't say. Additionally, with regards to lawsuits, the Terms of Use mandates that aggrieved individuals work with Riot Games through arbitration first, but even then, your argument has no grounds. But as a level 12 player talking about your experiences in ranked, you clearly switched accounts to post one hell of a troll thread.

If this sort of lawsuit had much in the way of merit, MANY companies would be successfully sued. Riot is even doing more than many gaming companies or internet forums by having a behavioral punishment system in the first place. They can't proactively prevent abuse short of simply not having a chat system.

I did not read anywhere in this entire post where you or a loved one was threatened in real life. Nor is it likely that anyone would have your physical address, IP address or telephone number OR social media information.. I see no chance for a lawsuit here, anywhere. Let me know if you find a lawyer to represent you - I've been getting "raped" by Hecarim's for quite a while now and want some justice! ;P

I'm open to people trying quirky things in game if they aren't jerks about it. I think you're doing something that is aggravating the situation that is causing the backlash that you're experiencing.

Why would everyone scatter and leave you alone when you ult? It just makes no sense. You're most likely behaving antisocially to your team and making them dislike you instead of trying to work together with people.

If it works, why not do it in team ranked instead of solo/duo queue?

There's a disconnect not only in your logic but the facts you present.

What is with this recent upsurge of troll posts about lawsuits and alleging Riot is harassing them? Are the hacking/scripting communities at it again?
