I have been given a leaver buster of 10 minutes for the game not correctly loading me onto the Rift. It sat for 3 to 5 minutes on a black screen rather than just crashing and informing me to relaunch the client. Instead after those minutes of waiting I alt-tabed out where I discovered a window that stated my client crashed. Now I have a 10 minute leaver buster for 5 games in which case I would rather now play the game than sit around for 50 minutes wasting my time. I waited through the 5 minute buster which was fine because I did deserve that one, but it should refresh back to 5 minutes rather than going to 10 minutes if you sit through the 5 games at 5 minutes with no afk issues.

It is not my fault that the game crashed it was Riots so please fix this issue I would love to play your game but apparently you are not going to allow that.

Stuff like this is why Riot has a wait timer instead of a real punishment, because accidents and problems happen and they simply cannot tell the difference between someone like you and someone who purposely leaves the game.

Just wait it out and have some patience.

Riot

You didn't get a leavebuster hit because of this ONE game, this was just the game that knocked you over that threshold of forgivable games being missed. They give you quite a bit of leeway before leavebuster even starts warning you, much less enacting punishments, so if you did get punished you have been leaving a LOT of games recently.

Either stop leaving/afking games, or deal with whatever internet/computer issues you have before queueing into a new game.
