The Inting Problem

League has a huge problem with inting, and it's become more apparent to me over my last several games. I'm not sure why but over the course of my last 10 games, I have had one person int in each and every one. Most of the time these people will go 0/8/0 within the first 10 minutes ensuring a loss for our team. I have now successfully lost 10 games in a row and have been demoted from Bronze II to Bronze V over the course of 3 days. By end game the these people usually have no fewer than 18 or 19 deaths (usually 20-30), and it's made me hate playing league. I cant stand this nonsensical bull crap anymore. Riot needs to develop a system where in those who get stuck with not just bad people but those personally inting, lose less lp or something. These usually have symptoms too prior to the game, like having someone pick a darius with heal and barrier into a swain top. There are many ways riot can get around this crap like with allowing your team to ban during champ select, or even allowing an early game forfeit feature with less lp lost. I've dedicated time and money to this game only to get slapped with half-assed changes that don't fix the problem.

As a side note I play ranked duo with a bot (im supp) and can usually carry with her, but having 10 deaths by 10 mins gives the top, mid, and jg, a lot of room to roam and then progressively gank 4 man bot. Im not a toxic person, and usually try and mediate team toxicity, but this is causing me to become toxic as these people progressively tank game after game after game. IMO Riot is propagating toxicity and I'm more likely to experience a ban for toxic behavior than those who keep inting game after game. Riot needs to get their priorities straight rather than trying to cater to the largest audience they can.

Edit: Just as an assurance that these people arent just bad, I will follow them and ping warnings but often I find these people run straight into the enemy jg with no vision and try 1 v 5 ing.

By "inting", do you actually mean people specifically trying to lose the game for their team by INTENTIONALLY dying? Or do you mean people simply playing very, very poorly?

Because shit, League is an unforgiving game sometimes. I'm sure we've all gotten snowballed on in top lane and, isolated from the rest of the game, wound up giving away far too many kills in a desperate attempt to at least get some CS and not simply AFK. Disciplined players may recognize when to not fight and to simply farm under turret to the best of their ability, but hey, Bronze players generally aren't "disciplined".

It's really hard to punish players for being awful. I mean, how would you do it, in a way that was fair?

Side note: Try not duoing bot lane to climb out of Bronze. I'm a support main as well and I realize the attractive nature of duoing a lane with your buddy, but it's often just better to play from two positions on the map at once. That way, you have two different people positioned to carry the game instead of just the ADC.

No matter what happens in a game. People will say, "that player was just having a bad game."

I rarely see people intentionally feed. Like I've seen it less than 10 times in my 3 years or so playing this game. You saw it 10 times in one day. Wow. Keep in mind you're at the bottom of the barrel. You're playing with the worst of the worst. They're not all intentionally feeding. They're just the worst league players in the World that play ranked. Of course you're gonna have people with 20 deaths and dummies who run around the map with no sense of danger. They don't know how to play, that's why it's the lowest rank you can possibly be. Pick some carry champs and get your ass out of bronze. It shouldn't be that difficult if you're any good at the game.

the inflation doesn't make sense now does it 100,000,000 monthly players

Do you have evidence that there is a "huge problem with intentionally feeding"? Any evidence that suggests the problem has grown?

I might see someone just run it down mid once every month to six weeks. It is unfortunate, it ruins games and, quite frankly, Riot rarely punishes it (as anyone that I have seen do it still has their account active). Nonetheless, I wouldn't say the problem has become worse, but if you have evidence to the contrary I'd love to hear it.

They'll int anyway, is my take on it. If your team is winning they'll int to "show off". If they're inevitably winning they'll post obnoxious things in chat. The only way to get rid of them is to show them no attention whatsoever. They don't deserve it.

Don't even post about them; they might visit here too!

Right now this game is very snowbally, heck you could even leave the minions in a bad place, back and lose lane just like that. If you have the opportunity, try to roam and help out a lane, even if it's by just getting the enemy laner to back off/retreat to their turret to allow your teammate to farm a few minions. I know it's tough to roam, especially as a support, in the early few minutes of the game, but if you see an opportunity try to take it.
