Account permabanned .. really unexpected

Hi guys .. so I recently as the subject says got permabanned from my main account which I have been playing for more than 5 years now .. spent a lot of money on and was almost going to Plat .. now the reason I got the ban was that I was a bit tilted and had a toxic behavior in 1 game where I flamed one of the teammates ( F*** u .. useless .) not that I condone for this type of behavior I personally hate flamers and toxic people .. however I am really going through tough times in my life atm .. im a medical student and LoL is probably one of the very few things that keeps me a bit sane from medschool craziness .. when I flame I dont actually mean it .. idk if u understand where I am coming from .. I dont say some BS religious/sexual/family/suicidal swearing or cursing , heck no .. I do it only because I am heated in the middle of the game .. I dont always do this, of course, like all of us we have bad time and bad situations. what I want to say is that I don't think I really deserve this ban or if I do .. I am honestly willing of changing this behaviour , I literally am devastated , I put a lot of effort and money into this account .. and getting permanently suspended from playing it made me really devastated .. I opened tickets with the support team .. tried to request a human agent, not the autoreply bot .. still no reply ( been about 1 day now ) I really hope riot staff understand where I am coming from .. I am going through a lot lately , and I know that my behavior in a game cant be justified simply like that .. But I honestly made a promise to become better .. I really want a second chance to prove it that's all .. Tbh I didn't even know a permaban really existed .. until yesterday of course :/

Not being ironic at all. Information about is is buried in support articles and this board, and information on the rules themselves is even harder to come by.

when you get a 14 days ban, you get told next one is perma ban.

the problem is multi players just throw the tos and throw the 14 days ban warning without reading it.

And nowhere in that Code of Conduct does it actually lay out what the rules related to chat are. All it says is

iii. Harassing, stalking or threatening other players while using the Riot Services;

v. Transmitting or communicating any content which, in the sole and exclusive discretion of Riot Games, is deemed offensive, including language that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, or racially, ethically, or otherwise objectionable;

Which are both highly ambiguous, and there is zero explanation of how players are punished.

And when statements like the one I quoted in my first post are relatively common, there is a failure at communication on Riot's part.

Also, I would imagine after reading something like the image below, a player would go out of their way to figure out what they're doing incorrectly.

It does not matter "why" you did it. It matters that you did it.

You had multiple warnings. You had a 14 day ban that said explicitly you would be permanently banned if you continued. And you continued.

Next time, don't expect additional chances when you are told there are no more chances.

Thats kind of true .. but as I said i truly didnt know of the existance of a perma ban ..

Bullshit. You get a warning that very clearly informs you that you will be permanently banned for further infractions, and requires you to manually enter your agreement to continue playing.

Nobody gets unbanned under any circumstances, unless it is determined to be an error. It is a last resort to remove unreformable players who ignored every warning or common decency.

I truly didnt .. lying wont give me any benefits now , I truly an feeling regretful for what has happend .. I kept being a good teamplayer for months , and it gets ruined in 1 really bad game.

No. You displayed toxic behavior in many games over a long period of time, considering you've gone through all the punishment tiers and you didn't heed the warning on your 14-day suspension's reform card that this would be your last change and any further negativity would result in a permanent ban.

That is true .. but after the 14 day suspension I made it to myself that I wouldnt be toxic anymore .. only after few months from my suspension which waa yesterday .. I was toxic for 1 game .. and got banned for that 1 game

If your account gets permabanned maybe take some time and think if you really wanna come back to league, the same thing might happen to you again.

That's true. Permabans are the way Riot shows you "We don't want you here as our customer". Not rethinking the own behaviour that lead to this drastic measure and continuing behaving this way will end in this punishment over and over again.

If you decide to come back and want those skins you spent hundreds and don't really feel like paying riot again search up how to load up skins client side

Your account is fresh and free of any kinda markings, from my experience you get matched up with friendlier people, less trolls/griefers/afks with a new account then a marked one.

Receiving punishments does not change anything about the people you get matched up with. Besides that in my experience I would doubt this point. In my experience Riot is known for the regular players (unsure if that's the fitting word) and that the game barely gets/can hold new players due to the massive learning effort and the community. Taking a look at the games of friends of mine who recently started I rather see a wild mix between toxic people (probably banned and restarting again) and people who overall don't give fuck about their team - I mean, what would they loose?

Riot's track record of over nerfing problem champions as a way to delay a fix has been noticed by many in the community. Cutting spending on esports last year at worlds. The blatantly inconsistent IFS still runs despite people telling riot it doesn't work. Growing toxicity in the community due to bad infrastructure in place to deal with it. Heck riot can't even treat their own employees as human beings what makes you expect them to treat the playerbase as anything more then income units? (search up riot discrimation and forced arbitration lawsuit if you're out of the loop)

As far as I know Riot explained to take care using programs like these as they could result in a punishment aswell (when this is a misinformation please tell me and I remove this part later on).

mods deleted my comment because sideloading skins would hurt riot's bottom line. To be short yea it can result in a punishment but from what I've seen so far no one's actually been punished using them yet. (DISCLAIMER: not suggest you do it either tho)

Officially that's what riot's going with. Empirically, it's not true from my experience. A fresh smurf account almost always has friendlier games then my older ones.

I feel like league is becoming more of a game where the less you care about the game and team the better off you'll be. Griefers and afks in your game get you angry? Take some punishment for flaming them too. What's that? You're wondering why you got punished and they didn't? Too bad. Everything's your fault and that's the way it is. It's almost as if riot is telling you you're better off afking games then even bothering to play them. leavebuster's punishments are much more mild then IFS.

IFS is much better at seeing if you used flagged words like idiot, stupid, inter, feeder etc. The system isn't as good at finding griefers/trolls because it requires context, something riot vehemently hates talking about. Given the low number of IFS feedback on griefers and afks vs toxic chat I've reported it seems the griefers and afks are on to something...
