how to get in touch with a roit employee?

i have had several games in a row where someone rq, says they are done and run down a lane to die or just sit at base and im done with not being heard. the fact that people do this and get away with it is insane and i lose lp and go down in rank because of this fact and im not gonna do it anymore. my last game jg lvl1 said she didnt wanna play and ran down bot to feed and sat at base and said she had more accounts but this is my only one that i wanna play and have fun and enjoy a battle with the other team but i cant. pls get in touch cause im losing lp because of people knowing nothing is gonna happen and i really am done and if nothing happens im quitting and making sure everyone knows before playing this game. thank you if you read this and like it to get some rioters to finally look and listen to the people that play the game

  1. Riot will not give you LP back because if they did that they'd also take away all the LP you have won because the enemy had this player on their team.

  2. These players are not stopping your climb. Statistically, you actually slowly climb because of people like this. If you are finding yourself in "ELO hell" or "hardstuck", it's your fault because you are not improving your skills.

  3. Don't exaggerate. You haven't had these players "several games in a row". Match history is public.

Leaving an unwinnable game is not a rage quit. It's being wise enough to know not to waste time.

and to answer your thread support ticket is how you get in touch with a riot employee they will respond for valid query.
