really though.....why hasnt riot put a stop the people using botting programs running peoples accounts? played three games of aram in a row with four bots on my team all they did was feed i lost the game in less then 10 mins....IM SICK OF THIS! How can anyone enjoy the game????

technically speaking, you can never put a stop to botting.
The scripters will come out with a new program with new movements and behavior, Riot will then develop new methods to detect them and ban them in waves (harder for the scripters to know what got them caught), and the scripters will come up with a new program again.
Riot can only play catch up against them.
That being said, if you raise your MMR enough, then you'll stop playing with bots.
Its impossible to make the game script proof. as Kei stated, they will always figure out new bypasses.
I haven't ran into any, and aram is kinda my jam. As the above people have said continuing to play and raising your mmr is the best way to stop having them on your team. If you are not a bot then that means that you have a statistically higher chance to not have a bot on your team since you take up a slot. That means that you have a higher chance to win and therefore should be able to rise easily.
