Got perma banned pls read

Hello Riot, I got perma banned today i think because I logged into my account and it just said I was perm banned. I would like to ask for a 2 weeks or a 100 chat restriction or a perm ban for chat. I played on this community for so long and never had any trouble. I have to admit I did flame those games which I got banned for and I see why you guys ban me but a perm ban feels too bad ;(. I think everyone is mad once in a while probably you wont believe me but I have a hard time at this point and league of legends is something to distract me..... I spend years playing this game and never had this before until this day.... My parents are in a divorce and this is no excuse I know but then I can loose my temper sometimes a bit quicker... I am sorry for this and I ask u for one chance to join the community again and I'll show you guys that I can do it and that I can be a good person... ;( I regret doing this but a perm ban after playing this game for so long on this account ;(. I know I made a mistake and I know that I might never fix it but please give me one last chance to prove that I can be a nice person. Normally I have games that I try to calm everyone down and help them instead of being a toxic bastard.... so please riot give me my last shot to prove to you guys that I can be a nice person for the community.

the fact is if someone starts complaining I got toxic that point.... my parents were in a divorce and I was upset about it... its not that it comes with no reason you see...

Dude its not about having a reason. Riot has laid out the terms of service and we all agreed to it when we signed up. If we violate those rules then we are in fact deserving of a suspension. Riot also has a four tiered punishment system. So you probably already saw a 10 and 25 game chat restriction, and a 14 day suspension. Those are your three strikes and after that the next suspension is permanent. Only in extreme cases where hate speech, racisim, or death threats are used can it cause an account to skip punishment tiers. So unless you went completely overboard then you already received three chances to change your behaviour.

Game 2 is the least toxic out of the 3 games & personally think that it doesn't deserve a punishment at all, besides the fact that you were stirring an argument with Jax & also mentioned the reportable "gg ez".

Not just the word "fuck off", you repeatedly called for reports & called them names such as "noob" & "u suck", and the usage of the word "ez". If you have a family problem, don't bring it into in-game chat. What's worse, don't even asks for an appeal for the toxic things you said out of your own will.

No I just had the last ban which was more than over 2 months ago I muted everyone I have to admit I didnt behave like I should but how would you feel with someone feeding on purpose and flaming against you all the time?

That bolded part means its a yes to my question... And you drop one punishment tier every 3 months. My guess is it wasn't enough time to drop a punishment tier.

If I can jump in here, you seem to not understand when something you said is inappropriate. The way to tell is to ask yourself why you said it.

You didn't say it to help your team, no. You said it to make Jax feel bad about himself, and that's not acceptable behavior in the game. People don't play League of Legends to have someone insult their performance.

My main, AkaliMidGG got perma banned for homophobic slurs if im not mistaking. I NEVER once came to the boards to complain about it because I KNEW that I deserved the perma. Even if I spent a lot of money on the game. Man up, accept your punishment, and move on, coming here to plea a perma ban will not get you anywhere.

I have to admit I still am a wee bit flammy sometimes but I haven't been really reported on this account since my main was perma'd 3 months ago.

sadly riot doesn't care about the reason, nor do the majority of people. people just care that their game is being ruined by toxicity/negative attitudes. personally i hope you find a way to cope with the divorce, i had a friend and her sister who severely struggled with their parents' divorce so i've seen the anger, confusion, and frustration that can come but eventually they came to terms and now their parents are also in a better in place emotionally. I wish you the best but i have a feeling the permaban won't be lifted cause in life excuses mean nothing most of the time.

The system that Riot has put in place takes into account people simply having bad days. It generally takes some time displaying a negative attitude or harassing other players and getting reported before your account will receive its first punishment. But with each punishment the system gets more sensitive to your actions on the account. That means that the next suspension can come even faster if it determines that behaviour is not changing.

It takes around three months of consistently displaying positive behaviour and not receiving valid reports before the punishment tier on an account will drop down a level. You keep focusing on how you don't think that you are deserving of a full suspension based on the severity of the chatlogs. It is important to note that it doesn't matter if what you said was tame or not as toxic as what others have said. You had receive past punishments on the account and the next one in line was a permanent suspension. Therefore regardless of whether your actions where somewhat minor, your behaviour had not improved and the next punishment resulted in your suspension.

Also, the three chat logs that you are provided are just an example of your chat history, they do not comprise the entirety of what got you suspended.

Sorry friend, but your account is past tense. If you invested a lot of money into it, you can get it back either via PayPal (if you used it), or with a little more aggravation, by taking them to court. Even a small claims court, which requires no attorney, will be able to get you back your money, even if you spent a couple of thousand dollars on the game. Just make sure you document your payments well (e-mails and credit card statements are best), and Riot has no way of preventing you from getting your money refunded for the products you paid for.

Other than that, you'll have to make a new account if you want to keep playing League. And this time around, remember: the new system can punish you for saying certain 'toxic' words, but if you decide to feed a few kills and AFK taking the jungle's farm, none will be the wiser.

False. You cannot get your money back from riot. Go read that thing you hit "I agree" to every update. Yeah that thing. It states that riot doesn't have to refund, so if you take it to court, they will win.
