Lobby chat report

So I was playing Leblanc and I got a few kills and my teammate who was play Darius got mad at me for taking kills and cs in the mid game when everyone was mid and then when game ends he tells me to kill myself with cyanide by drinking but you can't report him for that because it wasn't said in game. So it seems like he can go off saying that to others without punishment being applied?

Lobby chat is indeed recorded and used in reports. The myth that it isn't was from Tribunal Voting because lobby chat wasn't presented to them in a case, but it has always been saved and used against them for reports.
