What does the message say when you try to log in?

I'm putting (metaphorical) money on that you received a permanent suspension for 3rd-party programs and/or scripting in game. There's circumstantial evidence to suggest Riot recently went through on a ban wave for it.

My guess is a shield ban because it is compromised account.
