Riot's Report/Ban system seems to be broken.

I have always been an extremely toxic player. I don't think I have had a game in which i didn't call someone a racial slur, flamed them, wished various diseases upon them and their families or threaten them. I also tend to intentionally feed a lot. I even did it 3 times in a row once just for fun. As you can tell I'm an extremely toxic player that doesn't follow the summoner's code. I should probably be banned right? Well, here's the problem, I have never had a suspension or warning message on my account EVER. I am 100% I have been report by AT LEAST one person every time I did one of the things listed previously. Every time I log on i expect "The Message" but nothing. I can still play, I can still ruin people's games, I can still verbally abuse them. The fact that I come here to name shame myself only shows how much this is a problem. Riot goes out of their way to witch hunt certain people's (tyler1) accounts because of their extreme toxicity but I can freely mimic them and get away with it just because i don't stream/record myself doing it. This needs to be fixed.

P.S. I'll probably be seeing a ban after this. It's probably for the best.
