Is there anyway in hell that people get LP back for inting top and raka jungle??

And yes I did do bad this game terrible bad due to the fact that I was trying to stay in the game, besides the point. In champion select, the jax had his nasus banned by the raka jungle, so he then responded by banning the raka's rangar. so they lock in jax and raka respectively. once in-game jax immediately ran down mid and fed first blood to orianna, he then went top and farmed and fed sion a bit. As this is all going on the raka is following him around instigating him more and taunting him. this continues for a good 21 minutes before the enemy team pushes down the nexus
